Oceans - это состоящая из 5-ти человек пост-рок формация, базируется в Чикаго. Образовались в 2006-м. Презентовали свой дебютный альбом весной 2009-го на лейбле Copper Lung Records. В творчестве коллектива можно услышать влияние таких групп как This Will Destroy You, Explosions In The Sky, Mogwai, Maserati, Gifts From Enola, Unwed Sailor, Daturah, Lymbyc System. В июле 2009-го ребята выступили в рамках голландского мини фестиваля Lammetjespop, где сцену с ними разделили Montauk in February и Tim Breur.
